How are the pieces made?

What is your return policy?
Exchanges only, no cash refunds. A different size can be requested within 14 days of delivery, on unworn, unwashed pieces with their tags. Can I exchange a bra for a different size?
Yes. A bra in the wrong size can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. Trying it on over other underwear is fine. Message us through the contact page first for return instructions. Return postage is the customer's; we cover the replacement postage. Custom-made pieces are not part of this.
Will your emails show what I ordered?
Order updates come from a plain sender name, and the subject line names no product. Marketing email is off unless you ask for it.
